it was written on an envelope to hand over the keys to the front desk, so we did it like that. After that, we got two phone calls saying we had to leave the room.

The location was fantastic, right next to the metro. Having a Whole Foods nearby was convenient. - Being close to the airport, metro station, high-end mall, and grocery store was great. - the experience was quite comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, very close to the DC Metro, making it simple for us to reach all the highlights in Washington DC, including the National Mall. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with a comfortable sitting area, dressing area, and a dining table. We were impressed by the free Wi-Fi in the rooms, as well as the free toiletries and the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the hotel had great leisure facilities, such as an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities.

Located in a lively neighborhood, this hotel offers easy access to a grocery store and plenty of dining options nearby, including McDonalds, Subway, and Chipotle. the apartment is comfortable with a cozy bed and modern bathroom. the staff sends updates and helpful information during the stay. the building boasts a great pool and secured parking.

The apartment could be better stocked with supplies and furnishings for cooking, as some guests reported out-of-date utensils.

We loved how close this place was to everything – the metro station, a high-end mall, and a grocery store. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus as well. The building facilities were fantastic, especially the 24-hour gym, while the convenience of Wholefoods and Starbucks nearby was much appreciated. The staff was also incredibly helpful and accommodating.

Great Amenities and Convenient Location

Spent New Year with friends in this apartment and we enjoyed the amenities a lot. The gym was fantastic, and we also utilized the work-station area which was very comfortable and spacious. The location was spot on - there was a grocery store nearby which made shopping for our meals easy. We also loved the easy access to restaurants and other food options.

Our stay was marred by some issues as well. The staff, particularly the one on the night shift, was rude and seemed stressed out.

The complementary gym was a great amenity and appreciated the convenience of a Whole Foods located nearby. the location is close to public transportation and an excellent mall was only a short walk away.

I had a terrible experience when I arrived as my keys were not at reception. It took over half an hour to grant me entry to the building.
